Bike NOC Service Mumbai — Bank & RTO NOC

What is a Bike NOC and When Do You Need One? Bank/Lender NOC: Required when your bike has an active loan (shown as hypothecation on the RC). After you close the loan, the bank issues a NOC confirming no outstanding dues. This NOC is submitted to the RTO to remove the hypothecation entry from the RC, making it clean for ownership transfer. RTO NOC: Required when selling your bike to a buyer who lives in a different state. Your local Mumbai/Thane/Navi Mumbai RTO issues this certificate confirming the vehicle has no pending taxes, challans, or legal issues. The buyer uses this to register the vehicle in their state's RTO. Bank NOC coordination: We contact your lender on your behalf, submit the foreclosure request, follow up on processing, and collect the physical NOC. You don't need to visit the bank or call their helpline. RTO NOC filing: We prepare Form 28 (Application for NOC), collect required documents from you, submit at the appropriate Mumbai-area RTO, and collect the issued NOC. Hypothecation removal: After bank NOC is received, we file Form 35 at your RTO to remove the hypothecation entry. We track the status through the Parivahan portal and update you regularly. Status updates: Via WhatsApp — you always know where your NOC application stands. Loan closure receipt / payment confirmation. Written NOC request letter (BikeBro prepares this on your behalf).
